The Ellwood H. May Environmental Park Association of Sheboygan County, Inc. was founded in 1983 to support the mission of Maywood.

Your membership in the Association helps:

  • Provide environmental education opportunities for all ages –one year old to one hundred years old.
  • Enhance recreational areas for walking, hiking, birding, wildlife viewing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.
  • Improve and maintain the parks grounds & trails and create new features such as interpretive signs.
  • Connect our community to the natural world and inspire people to care for our environment –both locally and globally

Membership Options and Benefits

Basic Membership $25

Benefits include a subscription to our seasonal newsletter, discounts or free admission to many programs, a discount on most items in the Ecology Store, free admission to Wishing for Winter, an invitation to our annual Members Appreciation Event and voting privileges at the Association’s Annual meeting. A membership covers all members of your household (living at a single address).

Oak Circle logoYearly memberships of $500 or greater qualify you as a member of the Oak Circle. Members of the Oak Circle believe in an on-going commitment to Maywood’s mission through their financial support. The donation portion of your membership* will be used to advance educational programs at Maywood or may be designated to the fund of your choosing. Members of the Oak Circle receive an invitation to an annual celebration event.

Gift Memberships

Gift memberships help you share your love of Maywood with family, friends, and neighbors. To give a gift membership, simply complete the gift portion of our membership form.

Membership benefits are cumulative. Memberships cover all individuals in your household living at one address. Memberships purchased April–September expire June 30 the following year. Memberships purchased October-December expire December 31 the following year. Memberships purchased January-March expire December 31 of the current year. Early renewal of current memberships will extend the membership for one year from its expiration date. Premium items are subject to availability and a premium item of equal value may be substituted at the discretion of the organization if listed premium is not available. You will receive a coupon for your premium items which may be redeemed at the Ecology Store. Items cannot be mailed at this time. The Ellwood H. May Environmental Park Association is a 501c4 membership nonprofit (EIN 39-1771917) Memberships above the basic $25 level include a donation to the Environmental park Trust of Sheboygan County, a 501c3 nonprofit (EIN 39-1453449).
